We work with members of the Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic community and service providers to promote mental wellbeing.
In England and Wales, nearly a fifth of people come from the BAME (Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic) background. The mental health of the people from this background is important because they often face individual and societal challenges that can affect access to healthcare and their overall mental and physical health.
With your help, we can support everyone who needs us.
We are a mental health non-profit organisation committed to working with members of the BAME (Black, Asian, Minority, Ethnic) communities and service providers to promote mental health wellbeing.
To aid the liberation of affected people from the stigmatization associated with mental health challenges through mental health awareness.
